The Help section enables you to create new support tickets as well as view any existing/closed tickets.
- Once logged in successfully, click Help.
- The following page is displayed.
Creating a New Ticket
- Click New Ticket. The following fields are displayed.
- Enter the brief description of the issue in the Short Description of the Issue field.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue in the Detailed Description of the Issue section.
- To attach files, click Choose File from the Attachment section and select the required file.
- Select the category to which the issue belongs to from the Category dropdown list.
- Click Submit.
