You can manage the features and functions of your Super Admin user account from any computer that is connected to the Internet.
When you login, you arrive at the personalized user console (see below). From this screen, you can manage all activities authorized for your account.
The following table describes the details of each page of the Dashboard tab.
|Notifications||Displays any pending work|
|My Reviews||Displays your Evaluation Form(s) and review(s)|
|My Team Reviews||Displays the Evaluation Form(s) and review(s) of your employees only.|
|All Reviews||Displays all Evaluation Forms and their review(s) for all employees in the organization.|
Enables you to create and customize an Evalutaion Form for your employee.
Appropriate template Forms are available via Template lists and are originally created by your HR Admin user.
|Action items||Displays a “to do list” of evaluation remainders.|
|Guest Review||Displays any new Forms that need your attention, e.g., you may have been invited to review an Evaluation Form as 360 Guest Reviewer.|
The following table defines each of the page details of the Performance Review tab.
|Start Review Period|
Displays the fields for you to create Performance Review Period, e.g., July 2010 to June 2012, a four-month period, etc.
The period you create will appear in the Reviewer Period dropdown list when a supervisor customizes an Evaluation Form for an employee.
|List Templates||Displays all Evaluation Form templates created by HR Admin users.|
|Create Template||Displays a field where HR can give a name for an Evaluation Form, e.g., Performance Evaluation 2010-11, Staff Evaluation 2010-11, etc..|

Click Admin on the top navigation menu to view the User Management Page (Note: Only the Super Admin user can perform this function)
The User column lists all individuals authorized by the Super Admin user to participate in the Interview Exchange Performance Evaluation system.
All users have access to the system from any Internet-connected computer.
Click Add New User at the top right of the screen. You will land on the following screen. Here you can fill out a simple form with employee email address, the division and permission/role, e.g., Employee, Supervisor/Manager or HR Admin user. Then click Add User. The system will auto-generate a temporary password and send an email to the user with their login information and instructions to access the system.

Editing User Profiles
After logging into the system, click Account on the top navigation menu.
To modify user personal information:
Click Edit Profile.
The Employer Registration screen is displayed (see below). Here you can modify all your personal information and change your password.
Check the I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions box.

|Switch Module**||Lets you switch back to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) module (if applicabe) and vice versa without login credentials.|
