Employee users can manage the features and functions of the Interview Exchange Performance Evaluation System account from any computer that is connected to the Internet.

Employee users can access the system using his/her unique User ID/login from any Internet-connected computer. UserID is an email address. The password must be six to 10 characters with at least one number and no special characters, e.g.,!@#$%^&*()_+

Note: Once an account has been created by the Super Admin user, you will receive an email with your account login and temporary password for registration. You can change the password on the Registration page. After you create a new password, the system sends you an “Account Update” email. You can reset and retrieve your temporary password via email at any time by clicking Forgot Password.

After login, you arrive at your personalized user console (see below). From this screen you can manage all activities authorized for your account.

Switch Module**Lets you switch back to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) module (if applicabe) and vice versa without login credentials.

As an Employee user, you can preview the Evaluation Form prepared by your Supervisor with appropriate assessment/competency/recommendations. You have an opportunity to write comments for each of the section questions/answers comments section field (if applicable). You can also use the Chat feature to conduct an online discussion about your evaluation (see an example below). After you acknowledge the evaluation prepared by your Supervisor or after a meeting with him/her to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the review, the Form will be routed to senior management.  By clicking Acknowledge Receipt, you are stating that you have reviewed and completed the evaluation Form.


By clicking Return to Supervisor, you are stating that you have reviewed the Form, but there are some concerns that you would like to discuss with your Supervisor to resolve your differences. Input your comments in each of the section comments field (if applicable) or via Chat so the manager can discuss your comments with you. After discussion, the Manager will send you an updated Form that you may need to re-review and acknowledge. Clicking Acknowledge Receipt is the final step in completing the Evaluation Form. Once acknowledged, the Evaluation Form is routed back to your Supervisor and other senior management in your organization.
