Hirezon Onboarding / Contract System Access

For you to use the features of Hirezon Onboarding/Contract system, you must login as one of the following users.

Super Admin User

  • Has all privileges in the system
  • Can create New employee permission based user account (Add New User) - See Screen View
  • Can create a new packet for new hire/employee
  • View all packets (new hires or existing employee related paperwork) in the system
  • Can see sensitive personal information of the employee (e.g., Social Security Number)
  • Can do the task of other Admin user if needed. E.g., If an Admin responsible for I-9 verification is out of town, user can replace himself/herself in that task and complete it
  • User may also participate as a reviewer to approve a task


HR Administrator User (Secure)

  • Can create a new packet for new hire/employee
  • View all packets (new hires or existing employee related paperwork) in the system
  • Can see sensitive personal information of the employee (e.g., Social Security Number)
  • Can do the task of other Admin user if needed. E.g., If an Admin responsible for I-9 verification is out of town, user can replace himself/herself in that task and complete it
  • User may also participate as a reviewer to approve a task


HR Administrator User

Same privileges like above except that this user doesn’t have privileges to view sensitive personal information of the employee (e.g., Social Security Number)


Manager

  • Can create a new packet, view only the assigned packets.
  • May act as a guest to view a form in a task/packet or participate as a reviewer to approve a task


Employee

  • May act as a guest to view new employee packets or a particular task of a packet
  • Can also participate as a reviewer to approve a task
  • This user doesn’t have the privileges of creating a new packet


Payroll/HRIS/Employee User (Secure)

  • Same privileges like Employee User above plus this user has privileges to view sensitive personal information of the employee (e.g., Social Security Number)

 

 Login Page

  1. Enter the URL in the address bar of the browser www.hirezon.com

  1. Click Customer Sign In link on the right hand side. The following page is displayed.
  1. Enter the registered email address in the Email field.
  2. Enter the password to authenticate in the Password field.
  3. Click Login. On successful login, the Module selection page is displayed.


Forgot Password

The Forgot Password option enables you to retrieve or reset the password.

  1. From the login page, click Forgot Password. The following page is displayed.
  1. Enter the email address in the Email field.
  2. Click Submit. A link to reset your password is sent to the specified email address.

Click the link in the email to reset the password.
