Help Desk

The Help section enables you to create new support tickets as well as view any existing/closed tickets.

  1. Once logged in successfully, click Help.

  1. The following page is displayed.

Creating a New Ticket

  1. Click New Ticket. The following fields are displayed.
  1. Enter the brief description of the issue in the Short Description of the Issue field.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue in the Detailed Description of the Issue section.
  3. To attach files, click Choose File from the Attachment section and select the required file.
  4. Select the category to which the issue belongs to from the Category dropdown list.
  5. Click Submit.
