Interview Exchange Candidate FAQ
How do I add InterviewExchange.com to my address book to ensure I receive all emails from the system?

Find your web-based email provider below, and follow the step-by-step instructions on how to add the From email address of the acknowledgement email that you received (e.g., employer@interviewexchange.com) to your address book.

If your email provider is not listed below, please contact that provider directly or search their online help/FAQ website for details.

AOL

AOL® Webmail Users:
  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click More Details at the top of the email message.
  3. Hover mouse over the From address.
  4. Our email address is automatically placed in the email field in the Add Contact pop-up box.
  5. Add additional contact information.
  6. Click Add Contact.
  7. Our email address will be automatically entered into your AOL Address Book.

If you encounter problems, contact AOL Support.

Yahoo

Yahoo® Users:
  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click the Add icon next to From address.
  3. Our email address is automatically placed in the email field in the Add Contact pop-up box.
  4. Add additional contact information.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Yahoo! Address Book.

If you encounter problems, contact Yahoo Support.

Hotmail

Window Live Hotmail® Users:
  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click Mark as safe at the top of the message.
  3. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Safe Senders list.

If you encounter problems, contact Window Live Hotmail Support.

Google

Google Mail® Users:
  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click on down arrow next to Reply on top right of the message.
  3. From dropdown menu, select Add to Contact List.
  4. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Contacts list.

If you encounter problems, contact Google Support.

Earthlink

EarthLink® Users:
  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click your mailbox's Message menu and choose Add Senders to your Address Book.
  3. Your email message will be automatically entered into your EarthLink Address Book.

If you encounter problems, contact EarthLink Support.

MS Outlook

Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007/2010® Users:
  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click Actions on the menu bar.
  3. Select Junk E-mail from dropdown menu.
  4. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
  5. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Safe Senders list.
  6. Click Junk E-mail on drop down menu.

If you encounter problems, contact Outlook Support.

AOL Mail

AOL® Users:
  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click the Add Address icon.
  3. Our email address is automatically placed in the name and email field in the Add Contact pop-up box. Verify the information is correct,
  4. Click Save.
  5. Your email message will be automatically entered into your AOL Address Book.
